1. Junior Operator
- Total Posts: 215
- Assam Vacancy: 10
- Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹78,000 (Grade I)
- Educational Qualification:
- Matric (Class X) pass + ITI (2 years) in relevant trade
- Valid Trade Certificate/National Trade Certificate (NTC)
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in a factory/manufacturing unit.
2. Junior Attendant (Grade I)
- Total Posts: 23
- Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹78,000 (Grade I)
- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (Class XII) with 40% aggregate marks for PwBD candidates.
- Work Experience: Not required.
3. Junior Business Assistant (Grade III)
- Total Posts: 08
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000 (Grade III)
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate (any discipline) with at least 45% marks (PwBD candidates).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Relaxed typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM).
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a commercial enterprise/manufacturing unit/Govt department/PSU.
Age Limit (as of 31st January 2025)
- General/EWS: 18-26 years
- SC/ST: +5 years relaxation
- OBC: +3 years relaxation
- PwBD: +10 years relaxation
Selection Process for IOCL Recruitment 2025
1. For Junior Operator & Junior Attendant
✅ Computer-Based Test (CBT)
✅ Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) – Qualifying in nature
📌 CBT Exam Pattern:
- Professional Knowledge / General Science: 50 Marks
- Numerical Abilities: 20 Marks
- Reasoning Abilities: 20 Marks
- General Awareness: 10 Marks
- Total: 100 Marks (Duration: 120 minutes)
📌 SPPT: Candidates must perform practical tasks in front of a selection committee.
2. For Junior Business Assistant
✅ Computer-Based Test (CBT)
✅ Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – Qualifying in nature
📌 CBT Exam Pattern:
- Numerical Abilities: 40 Marks
- Reasoning Abilities: 30 Marks
- General Awareness: 20 Marks
- Basic English Language Skills: 10 Marks
- Total: 100 Marks (Duration: 120 minutes)
📌 CPT: Candidates must complete 30 basic MS Office commands in 75 minutes.
